How to Use Capture Note

Get started with Capture Note in just a few simple steps

Step 1

Download Capture Note for your operating system and complete the installation

Available for Windows and macOS. The installation process is quick and straightforward.

Step 2

Use the keyboard shortcut or click the app icon to start capturing your screen

Press Ctrl+Shift+C (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+C (macOS) to quickly capture any part of your screen.

Step 3

Click anywhere on the captured image to add notes and annotations

Notes appear exactly where you click, making it easy to add context to specific parts of your capture.

Step 4

Export your annotated capture as an image or copy it to your clipboard

Multiple export options available: PNG image, clipboard copy, or native Capture Note format.
