Installation
Download and install Capture Note on your system
Windows
- Download the installer from our website
- Run the installer as administrator
- Follow the installation wizard
macOS
- Download the .dmg file from our website
- Open the .dmg file and drag Capture Note to Applications
- Grant necessary permissions in System Preferences
Keyboard Shortcuts
Global Shortcuts
Capture Note comes with a useful global keyboard shortcuts.
Alt+S
Capture Screen
You can take a screenshot of the entire screen using this global shorcut
Alt+Shift+S
Capture Selected Portion
You can take a screenshot of the selected portion using this global shorcut
Page Shortcuts
Capture Note comes with a useful keyboard shortcuts for editing the page(Image and Notes)
Ctrl + S
Save Page
You can save page(Image and Notes) as single image file
Ctrl + C
Copy to Clipboard
You can copy page(Image and Notes) to the clipboard
Ctrl + N
Add Note
You can add a new note using this shortcut
Ctrl + V
Add Note from Clipboard
You can add a new note from clipboard using this shortcut
Ctrl + W
Close the page
You can clear the image and notes and close app

Delete Note
You can delete focused note using this shortcut

Move Note
When there is no text, you can move notes. It is possible only when there are no input characters

Increase / Decresase note width
You can increase or decresase the note width using this shortcut It is possible only when there are no input characters
Esc
Escacpe Note
You can finish editing a note using this shortcut

Move Focus
You can move focus to the next note using this shortcut
